Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Core Aerobots LLC ("we") collects on coreaerobots.com, why, and what choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed. If anything is unclear, email contact@coreaerobots.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Only what you type: name, organization (optional), email address, the topic you select, and your message. We also record the time of submission and the network address the submission came from, to detect abuse.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by Microsoft Azure, which keeps standard web server logs (requested page, time, network address, browser type) for a limited period to operate and secure the service.
- Bot protection. The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. Turnstile evaluates browser signals and may set a cookie for that purpose only. It is not used to track you across sites.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels on this site.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry and, if you asked about a demo, partnership, or deployment, to follow up on that conversation. That is the only purpose. We will not add you to a mailing list or send marketing unless you separately ask for it, and every such message would include a way to opt out.
Who sees it
Your submission is delivered to our company mailbox, hosted by Microsoft 365, and read by Core Aerobots staff. We use these service providers to run the site and the form:
- Microsoft (Azure hosting, Microsoft 365 email), United States
- Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection), United States
They process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone else, except if required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse of the site.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is active and up to 24 months afterwards, then they are deleted. Hosting logs are retained by Microsoft for its standard period, typically no more than 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@coreaerobots.com and we will respond within 30 days. You will never be treated differently for making such a request.
California residents. This notice is provided in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because it does not track visitors across other sites.
Visitors outside the United States. Data you submit is processed in the United States. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry. You may withdraw consent by asking us to delete your submission.
Children
This site is intended for professionals and organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top is updated. Material changes will be noted on this page for 30 days.
